Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
● Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping option:
● Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen
circumstances.
Shipping Charges
● Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999; ₹70 for orders below ₹999.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s website.
Undelivered or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer
support at support@thesubstitute.in with your order details.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
● If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
● If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and
provide a resolution.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will issue a refund after deducting the return shipping charges.
