No Return Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for situations where a refund or exchange may be applicable.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

● You received the wrong product.
● Your order was lost in transit and was not delivered.
● You received a defective or damaged product.

Refunds will not be provided for:

● Change of mind or personal preference.
● Opened or used products.
● Minor packaging damages that do not affect product usability.

Refund Process

1. Initiate a Request:

If your product is eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@thesubstitute.in
within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide your order details, along with clear
photos of the product and packaging.

2. Review & Approval:

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3
business days.

3. Return the Product (if applicable):
If the issue requires the return of the product, you must send the product back in its
original packaging within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs will be covered if the
issue is due to our error.

4. Refund Issuance:

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original
payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:

● Check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Cancellations

● Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been
processed for shipping.
● Once an order is processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
