Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

● You received a defective or damaged product.
● You received the wrong product.
● Your order was lost in transit and not delivered.

Refunds are not applicable for:

● Change of mind or personal preference.
● Opened or used products.
● Minor packaging damages that do not affect product usability.

Refund Process

1. Initiate a Request: Contact us at support@thesubstitute.in within 24 hours of
receiving the product. Provide your order details and clear photos of the product and
packaging.
2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3 business days.
3. Return the Product (if applicable): If required, you must return the product in its
original packaging within 7 days of approval. The return shipping cost will be covered if
the issue is due to our error.
4. Refund Issuance: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:

● Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Cancellations

● Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placement if they have not been processed
for shipping.
